The 50 mm × 25 mm thermal roll with approximately 1000 labels per roll is designed for small-format labeling such as product tags, receipts, or parcel stickers. With a paper weight of 65 GSM and a 60% top coating over a 40% base layer, these rolls provide a good balance of flexibility, durability, and print clarity. Direct-thermal rolls are heat-sensitive and print without ribbons, making them convenient and cost-effective for short-term labeling, though they are less resistant to moisture, oil, heat, and abrasion. Thermal-transfer rolls, using a ribbon, produce more durable, smudge- and oil-resistant prints suitable for long-term use in logistics, warehousing, and industrial applications.
